Hi, I'm Theo Simons, the founder of Rainlife Washing LLC and a student at Western Washington University.
Rainlife started in the summer of 2025, after my freshman year at WWU, as a way to make extra money for school alongside a job at a local coffee shop. What began as a small side gig run out of the back of a PT Cruiser quickly grew into something much bigger. Since then, we've had the chance to restore over 100 properties across Whatcom County.
Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, we've seen firsthand how quickly moss, algae, and debris can build up on a home and cause serious damage. A lot of our work is helping homeowners catch small problems before they turn into expensive repairs. We also really enjoy partnering with real estate professionals to prep homes before they go on the market, where a clean exterior can make a real difference in how a property shows.
