Hi, I'm Theo Simons — founder of Rainlife Washing LLC and a student at Western Washington University.
I started Rainlife in the summer of 2025 after my freshman year at WWU. It began as a way to make extra money for school alongside my job at a local coffee shop. What started as a small side gig that I ran out of the back of my mom's PT Cruiser quickly grew into something much bigger.
Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I've seen how quickly moss, algae, and debris can build up on a home and cause serious damage. A lot of the work I do is helping homeowners deal with small problems before they turn into expensive repairs.
I especially enjoy working with real estate professionals to prep homes before they go on the market. A simple exterior cleaning can make a real difference in how a property sells.
