Service · Window cleaning

Windows so clean you'll notice.

Inside or outside or both. Streak-free, water-spot-free, screen-rinsed. Your home looks brighter from the curb and from the couch — and you stop wiping the same spot every time the sun hits it.

What's included

Glass, frames, sills, screens.

Streak-free glass

Professional squeegees and proper technique — not paper towels and spray bottles. Every pane finished edge-to-edge.

Hard water removed

White spots from sprinklers, gutter overflow, or oxidized screens bond to glass. We treat them with a glass-safe mineral remover before cleaning.

Screens & frames

Screens rinsed and brushed if they need it. Frames and sills wiped down — included with exterior cleaning.

How it goes

A couple hours. Big visual difference.

  1. 01
    Walk the property

Count windows, flag any that need extra attention (hard water, paint overspray, deep grime). Pre-treat where needed.

  2. 02
    Clean every pane

Squeegee technique on each window: top-down, edge to edge. Detailed corners and frames as we go.

  3. 03
    Inspection walk

We walk it with you. Anything not perfect, we re-do on the spot.

Common questions

What people ask us about this.

Do you clean both interior and exterior windows?

Yes — exteriors always, interiors on request. Exteriors get the most weather and need the most work. Interior cleaning is great as an add-on when you're prepping for listings or hosting.

How do you handle hard water spots on glass?

We treat them with a glass-safe mineral remover before cleaning. Hard water spots (white circles from sprinklers, gutter overflow, or screen oxidation) bond to glass and won't come off with normal cleaning — they need a separate treatment step.

Do you clean screens and tracks too?

Screens get rinsed and brushed if needed — included with exterior window cleaning. Tracks are a deeper job; we'll do them on request as an add-on.
